Found this Instapaper workflow on Socialbrite.org to polish my reading workflow. (it looks like GTD flow)
Instapaper Text bookmarklet is an alternative to Readability for ease reading. (Readability render nicer page but Instapaper Text is faster) For bookmarks, I use Pinboard.in, instead of Delicious.com or Evernote.

Dear all, I'm having holiday now with my wife and friends in Kota Kinabalu (KK), Sabah — a great place for relaxing holiday in Malaysia.
We are here for 4 days 3 nights. For Day 1, we went to island hopping. Enjoy the clear blue sea, hot white sand. I don't swim. I didn't get wet but relax on the beach with my iPad, instead. In the evening, we had dinner at the famous Little Italy restaurant. Tasty pasta & pizza! Yummy!
Tomorrow, we will rent a car and explore the other attractions with the guide of a local friend.

Microsoft Windows Firewall is blocking it's sibling -- the Microsoft Office Outlook. It proved that Microsoft is not as bias as you think. :P
Wordpress users should note that tags are understood as categories but are case sensitive and non-matching tags are dropped (rather than used as Wordpress tags).
Posterous should pust the tags to WordPress as tags too...
